We’re aware that this is happening to some users and has happened looking back. I don’t know exactly how soon it’ll be fixed (it definitely will be), but I can assure you that no critical information is accessible by third parties/those seeing the bug first hand. Dislike this bug (we all do), but don’t fear it

That’s all I’ve got, I’m afraid. Launcher reinstall should fix it in a worst case scenario. You could also try to repair Aion or try to rightclick-> Check for Updates as opposed to double-clicking and see if that works.
